After the launch of Witch Arcana: Magic School, I joined Single City: Social Life Sim—a live mobile game—to help transition the team from development to live-ops.

My role was to shift pipelines from rapid iteration to structured planning, optimization, and sustainable workflows. I also reduced art production overhead by strengthening our outsourcing processes.

Additionally, I contributed character designs, prioritizing broad appeal to maximize player engagement and revenue. Below are two examples, showcasing the full process from reference gathering to final concepts.
